Parking

Valet parking is available at the front entrance of the office building.  Alternative parking lots are on Randolph Street ½ block East and West of Wabash St., and the City of Chicago underground parking with entrances on Michigan Avenue at Washington if Southbound or Madison if Northbound.

Office Hours

Our secretarial staff is available from 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.  The doctors examine patients By Appointment Only, according to the following schedule:

Monday:  7:15am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Appointments

Please call approximately six weeks in advance to schedule a routine appointment.  If you need to cancel an appointment, please advise us as soon as possible so we can schedule someone else in your place.

When you enter our office for your appointment, please knock on the receptionist's window to let her know you've arrived.  We try our best to see patients at their scheduled appointment times, but we ask for your patience if unexpected emergencies cause delays.

Telephone Calls

Our staff does its best to handle phone requests at the time you call, but the office can sometimes get a little hectic, especially during patient examination hours.  If possible, we ask that you call us during non-patient hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday to schedule or cancel an appointment, or to obtain non-emergency information.

However, if you are experiencing a medical problem or emergency, please call immediately.  If you call after office hours, our 24-hour answering service will assist you (if there is no answer, call again in 5-10 minutes).  Dr. Putterman's Fellow will return all emergency calls as soon as possible.
